Any situation where someone's mother catches their child in what looks to be a sexual scenario is bound to make that mother really uncomfortable. And many mothers will push that onto their child - I'm willing to bet Ellenor is very embarassed that her mother caught her dancing around naked.
I guess the question is whether Ellenor's mom has asked her to not see you, or whether Ellenor has made this choice herself. The only way you can find out is by talking to her. If she won't accept phone calls, why not email her or write her a letter?
This can be a less-awkward way to confront her, especially if she is still feeling uncomfortable.
Until you communicate with her and figure out what's going on, there's not really much else that you can do. If she doesn't want to talk now, maybe she just needs time to start feeling more natural again.
As for masturbating on grass, it's highly unlikely you've caught a disease or put yourself at risk for an infection.
