so im really scared about how much blood i will lose when i have sex for the first time i've been thinking about it alot lately because all my friends have been having sex but im not doing it till im ready cna you please help me.
Most females do have a bit of spotting when they first have sex, but it's generally nothing to worry about. It may be only a few tiny dots of blood on the bed, or it may be a bit more.
Generally, this is solved by wearing a pad for a day - any bleeding that is particularly heavy or long-lasting means you'll need to see a doctor.
While I can understand why you would be thinking about this and feeling nervous, chances are everything will be fine. Just make sure you're aware that you may bleed a bit - this means covering a sheet up and bringing along a pad just in case.
